Returns must be received within 30 days from the delivery date for online credit. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. Returns that do not meet our policy and/or not received in its original condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as credit adjusted to based on product assessment. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. An e-mail notification will be sent to you once your return has been received and processed along with your credit information.
Returns are processed within 1-5 business days from the date of package arrival. Please note, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Returns must be in original condition accompanied with all original packaging and invoice. Maria K Hats will not accept any items returned with signs of wear/use.
Pack your merchandise with care and we strongly recommend that you insure your return and keep record of the tracking number in case your package is lost or mis-delivered. Maria K Hats cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit, wrongfully delivered or damaged due to improper packaging.
